No. We cleanse your skin as part of every facial service. Come as you are.
Robes, slippers, and garment bags are available for guests with multiple services. We also have a get-ready room with a blow dryer and hair products. Our nap lounge is complimentary for Cleanse Elite members and available to all other guests for $45 for 45 minutes.
We don't. Our team are licensed estheticians, and we'd rather leave your hair to someone who specializes in it. The get-ready room has a blow dryer and products so you can style before you leave.
The minimum age for services at Cleanse is 13. Out of respect for other guests, we ask that children who are not receiving services stay home.
Plenty of parking in the south parking lot. If that's full, check the north lot.
We recommend arriving 15 minutes early. It gives you time to complete your intake form and settle in before your service starts.
We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of the service price.
