Refund policy

At Cleanse Modern Day Spa, we do not charge for services until checkout to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your experience. We do require a credit card to reserve your appointment. 

All service sales are non-refundable once completed, unless an error occurred on our end. If you are dissatisfied, please let us know before leaving so we can make it right.

Packages & Series:
Refunds on prepaid packages or series are available within 3 days of purchase and only if no services from the package have been redeemed. After 3 days or once a service has been used, packages become non-refundable.

Gift Cards & Promotions:
All gift cards, special offers, and promotional services are final sale and may not be refunded or exchanged for cash value.
