Do my points expire if I miss a month? Never. Your points roll over every month while your membership is active. You won't lose what you've paid for.
Can I choose a different service each month? Absolutely. Your points redeem on any service on our menu — facial, massage, head spa, body treatment, or corrective treatment. Whatever you need most that month.
What's the commitment for Cleanse Club and Elite? We ask for a 3-month initial term to get started. After that, your membership is fully month-to-month and you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
How does the nap lounge discount work? Cleanse Club members get 50% off every nap lounge session automatically — no code, no limit. Elite members get complimentary access with no limit on visits.
Can I use my points toward corrective treatments like microneedling or peels? Yes. Your points redeem on any service on our menu, including corrective treatments. Points can also be stacked toward higher-priced services.
Can I stack Top Shelf with a service membership? Yes! Top Shelf is designed to stack with Cleanse Club or Elite. It adds 10% off all retail products on top of your existing service membership perks.
What happens to my points if I cancel? After submitting your cancellation, your membership stays active through the 30-day notice period — giving you time to use any remaining points before your account closes.
Can I upgrade from Club to Elite? Yes — reach out to us directly and we'll get you upgraded. Any existing rolled-over points carry forward with you.
