Facials

Back Treatment

Price: $79   |   Duration: 30 min hands on | 15 min clean up

Contraindications: None. For everyone, including pregnancy, nursing, and all Fitzpatricks. Modify set up for pregnancy.

Description: A treatment your back has been craving! Includes a deep cleanse, back scrub, extractions as needed and a custom peel or enzyme mask.

Supplies: 4 facial towels, 2 fan brushes, 1 metal water bowl, 6 4x4s, gloves, custom gel cleanser (Eminence unless acne, then Face Reality), custom scrub, custom toner, custom exfoliation mask or peel, custom moisturizer, extractor.

Protocol:

  1. Skin Analysis (2 min) — Be thorough. Ask about routine/concerns, give feedback and compliments. Touch all parts of back, test hydration/texture.
  2. Cleanse (5 min) — Mix 2 pumps water with 1 pump gel cleanser. Full hand massage motions.
  3. Remove cleanser with steamed towel (2 min).
  4. Scrub in circular motion, add water as needed — only if no active acne (5 min).
  5. Remove scrub with steamed towel and tone (3 min).
  6. Apply exfoliating mask or peel with fan brush, hand/arm massage posteriorly (10 min).
  7. Remove mask/peel and do extractions as necessary (3-5 min).
  8. Massage in custom moisturizer (3 min).

Suggested Add-Ons: DiamondGlow or Microdermabrasion instead of scrub.

Tips: If client is doing Face Reality and wants a back treatment, book as Back Treatment and use Face Reality peels/masks. Can use leftover monthly special products. Before undraping back, do compressions to introduce touch. Take your time with cleanse & massage — slow, open-handed motions.

Clean Slate Acne Facial

Price: $119   |   Duration: 60 min hands on | 15 min clean up

Contraindications: None. For everyone, including pregnancy, nursing, and all Fitzpatricks.

Description: For clients who've completed the Face Reality Acne Program. Acne-safe facial with hydrating enzyme, extractions as needed, customized treatment mask & upper body massage. Only Face Reality products used.

Supplies: All Face Reality: 4 2x2 wipes, 2 4x4 wipes, 2 fan brushes, 4 steamed towels, 1 metal water bowl, 1 lip applicator, extractor, lancet, gloves, Barrier Balance cream cleanser, Ultra Gentle cleanser, Antioxidant or Mandelic scrub, Sal-C/Glycolic-Lactic/Calming toner, Hydrating Enzyme, Brighten-C mask, Soothing Clay or HydraCalm mask, 5% or 8% Mandelic serum, HydraBalance, ClearDerma or CranPeptide, Daily SPF or SPF 28, Omnilux Clear LED, high frequency.

Protocol:

  1. Skin Analysis (5 min, cleanse first if full-face makeup) — thorough consult, test elasticity/hydration/texture.
  2. Cleanse w/ creamy cleanser (3-5 min) — remove w/ wet 4x4, massage in slow.
  3. Ultra Gentle Cleanser (3 min) — mix 1:2 with water for extra suds, include neck/décolletage, remove w/ steamed towel.
  4. Exfoliate with scrub as needed (3 min), remove w/ steamed towel.
  5. Tone/Dermaplane prep (1 min) — spray toner into 2x2; use Glycolic-Lactic or Calming toner if dermaplaning.
  6. Dermaplane as needed (0-15 min) — wait until toner is dry.
  7. Apply Hydrating Enzyme w/ hand/arm massage, or do neck/shoulder/scalp instead (7-10 min).
  8. Remove enzyme & extract as needed (0-10 min).
  9. Tone with Sal-C after extractions (1 min).
  10. Facial massage with Brighten-C mask or Barrier Balance cleanser (7-10 min).
  11. Remove mask, apply Soothing Clay or HydraCalm Mask w/ neck/shoulder/scalp massage (10-12 min).
  12. Remove mask w/ steamed towel, tone (2 min).
  13. Apply Mandelic serum, HydraBalance, moisturizer, SPF, lip (2 min).

Suggested Add-Ons: Hot stone massage, Gua Sha, Dermaplane, extra 15 min, Omnilux.

Tips: For clients who've completed Face Reality with us or another Acne Expert — also good for introducing a client to Face Reality. If you think a client should be on Face Reality but booked another facial, opting for this one can help.

Cleanse Corrective Facial

Contraindications: None. For everyone, including pregnancy, nursing, and all Fitzpatricks.

Description: Dermaplane, oxygenating trio, and customized jelly mask. Leaves skin exfoliated, purified, glowing, hydrated. Includes upper body massage.

Supplies: Customize with Oxy Trio + Skinbetter, Hydrinity & Anfisa: 1 facial towel, 1 head wrap, 1 fan brush, 1 small dish, dermaplane blade/handle, 1 metal water bowl, jelly mask bowl/spatula, 4 4x4s, 4 2x2s, extractor, gloves, jelly mask, custom gel cleanser, custom toner, Oxy Trio steps 1-3, Daily Cleansing Oil, custom serum, custom moisturizer, custom eye, custom lip hydrator, custom SPF.

Protocol:

  1. Skin Analysis (3 min, cleanse first if makeup).
  2. Cleanse w/ Daily Cleansing Oil (3-5 min) — remove w/ wet 4x4, slow massage.
  3. Cleanse w/ gel cleanser (3 min) — mix 1:1 with water, extra sudsy, include neck/décolletage, remove w/ steamed towel.
  4. Tone/Dermaplane Prep (1 min) — pump toner into 2x2.
  5. Dermaplane (15 min) — wait until toner is dry; remove hair/dead skin/oil with wet 4x4s then re-tone.
  6. Apply #1 with brush, nickel size in white dish (3 min).
  7. Apply #2 with hands, 2 pumps, facial massage 3+ min (5 min).
  8. Apply custom serum (1 min).
  9. Apply #3 w/ gloved hands, 2 pumps, avoid brows/hairline (3 min).
  10. Apply eye & lip (1 min).
  11. Apply jelly mask w/ hand/arm, neck/shoulder, scalp massage — 3 min each arm, 10 min neck/shoulder/scalp (15-20 min).
  12. Remove jelly mask, apply moisturizer/SPF (5 min).

Suggested Add-Ons: Hot stone massage (while jelly mask sits), extra 15 min, upgrade to 90 min for cupping/custom treatment mask/extended massage.

Tips: Use Trio for moisturizer, Alto for custom serum. Jelly mask timing varies with body temp/oxy trio. Can switch to LED instead of jelly mask — opt out of hydrogel mask if doing Contour.

Cleanse Ritual Facial

  7. Remove mask & extract as needed (0-10 min).
  8. Facial massage with cleansing oil (7-10 min).
  9. Remove oil, apply treatment mask w/ neck/shoulder/scalp massage (10-12 min).
  10. Remove mask w/ steamed towel, tone (2 min).
  11. Apply toner, serum, lip, eye cream (5 min).
  12. Apply Jelly Mask w/ scalp massage + jade roll (20 min).
  13. Remove Jelly Mask, apply moisturizer & SPF (3 min).

Suggested Add-Ons: Hot stone massage, Gua Sha facial massage, Jade Comb Scalp Massage.

Tips: To fill time, triple cleanse with double brush + Strawberry Rhubarb Dermafoliant, Stone Crop Fizzifoliant, or Barbados Cherry Enzyme Powder. Clients can opt for regular mask instead of jelly mask. Can switch Dermaplane for Microdermabrasion if requested.

Cleanse Sculpt Facial

Price: $149   |   Duration: 60 min

Contraindications: Inflammation, active acne, broken skin, skin cancer, irritated skin (sunburn), open wounds/sores, bleeding disorders.

Description: Facial cupping & gua sha for stimulation/lymph drainage, facial massage for muscle tension, Restorative Hyaluronic Acid Masque, upper body massage.

Supplies: Anfisa, Hydrinity, Skinbetter: water bowl, glass/silicone cup set, gua sha stones (2), 4x4s (4-6), warm towel, gentle cleanser, exfoliating cleanser, toner, facial massage medium, serum, moisturizer, custom lip, eye serum, custom SPF, Hydrinity Restorative HA+ Masque.

Protocol:

  1. Skin Analysis (2 min) — check medications/skin conditions, confirm right treatment.
  2. Cleanse & exfoliation (10 min) — gentle cleanser first, then exfoliating cleanser as double-brush mask, 5 min + scalp massage. Refine Foam Wash or Eminence powder cleansers recommended. Remove with warm (not hot) towel.
  3. Cupping (15 min) — apply custom oil/balm, perform facial cupping per training.
  4. Gua Sha & Facial Massage (15 min) — perform with remaining oil, then facial massage with hands. Remove oil with warm 4x4s, tone with 2x2s.
  5. Dermaplane upgrade (+15 min, optional) — only if comfortable with client's skin; must be done after cupping.
  6. Facial Mask (15 min) — apply Hydrinity Restorative HA+ Masque, hand/arm/neck/shoulder massage. Remove white sticker first, then apply mask; remove blue top layer so sheet is white on skin.
  7. Apply Finishing Products (3 min) — remove sheet mask from forehead down, pat in excess serum, finish with eye serum, custom serum (Hydrinity HA recommended), moisturizer, SPF, lip hydrator.

Suggested Add-Ons: Dermaplane (+15 min, only if comfortable with client's skin), hot stone massage, upgrade to 90 min (dermaplane, custom treatment mask, extended massage), Jade Comb Scalp Massage.

Tips: Brushes must be wet for double-brush cleanse; whip the cleanser. Normal for clients to notice a "detoxing odor" for a few days. Spend extra time on areas of concern (fine lines, under chin, sinuses).

Cleanse Signature Facial

Tips: For extra 15 min, do a triple cleanse with double brush + Dermafoliant/Fizzifoliant/enzyme powder and add a 3rd mask, extend massage. Get creative mixing masks — any Eminence product can be used, however you want.

Dermaplane + Jelly Mask Facial

Description: Combines two favorites into one — great for exfoliation, extra hydration, and glowy skin.

DiamondGlow Facial

Price: $209   |   Duration: 60 min hands on | 30 min clean up

Contraindications: None. For everyone, including pregnancy, nursing, all Fitzpatricks. No Clarifying serum for pregnancy/nursing.

Description: Previously "Dermal-infusion," powered by SkinMedica Pro-Infusion serums, infused when pores are open/receptive. Exfoliates, extracts, infuses. Includes exfoliating mask, DiamondGlow treatment, hydrating mask, upper body massage.

Supplies: Customize with SkinMedica, Skinbetter, Hydrinity & PCA, Anfisa: 3 steamed towels, headband, 1 metal water bowl, 2 fan brush, Opticide, SkinMedica DG Serum, lip applicator, custom gel cleanser, custom exfoliating mask, custom hydrating mask, custom serum, custom moisturizer, custom eye, custom lip hydrator, custom SPF.

Protocol:

  1. Plug in machine; make sure serum and 1 Opticide are accessible.
  2. Place Resource guide on top of machine; place silver tin for Opticide on machine.
  3. Confirm hand piece has blue cap (sanitized).
  4. Skin Analysis (3-5 min, cleanse first if makeup).
  5. Cleanse with gel cleanser (3-5 min) — massage-like cleanse (only facial massage portion done). Remove w/ steamed towel.
  6. Apply Hydrating or gentle exfoliating mask w/ scalp/neck/shoulder/hand/arm massage (15 min). Remove w/ steamed towel.
  7. Facial Massage (5-10 min).
  8. DiamondGlow Treatment per resource guide, thorough pattern, include décolletage (20-25 min).
  9. Apply lip, eye, serum, moisturizer, SPF (5 min).

Cleanup: After walking client out — unscrew diamond tip, toss clear cap. Place tip in silver dish with Opticide (enough to cover). Unscrew blue bottle, discard (or sticker/date if leftover — lasts 2 weeks opened; stickers at front desk top drawer). Screw in Opticide, turn flow & vacuum knob fully right, power on for ~3 min. If both 1 & 2 used, do half & half with Opticide. Toss Opticide, wipe machine (no Barbicide spray). Hang handpiece, leave blue tip on. Restock and store.

Suggested Add-Ons: Hot stone massage, extra 15 min (facial massage), Dermaplane (+15 min), jelly mask, upgrade to 90 min (dermaplane, Restorative HA+ Mask, extended massage).

Tips: Won't use all the serum — write open date on cap (expires 2 weeks). Include décolletage, clients notice. Use less grit / gentle exfoliating mask for sensitized skin. Apply masks before DiamondGlow so skin retains max serum. Report machine malfunctions to management ASAP.

Glass Skin Ritual Facial

Price: $529   |   Duration: 90 min hands on | 15 min clean up

Description: DiamondGlow, chemical peel, microcurrent, LED, and hand + arm massage/neck/shoulder combined into one advanced ritual.

Protocol:

  1. Arrival and Grounding (4 min) — explain the full sequence (DiamondGlow, chemical peel, microcurrent, LED, massage), remove jewelry. Thorough consult.
  2. Skin Analysis and Double Cleanse (7 min) — Stone Crop Cleansing Oil, remove w/ warm towels, second cleanse (Hydrinity Prelude or Skinbetter Cleansing Gel).
  3. Desincrustation (5 min) — apply Charcoal + Black Seed Pro solution to dry skin, massage 3 full min (focus on congestion), add water to emulsify, continue massage, remove completely with warm towels.
  4. DiamondGlow Infusion (20 min) — full treatment, infuse with TNS Serum, slow/even/controlled passes.
  5. SkinBetter Peel (5 min) — apply Skinbetter 30% Peel, monitor closely, remove after 60 seconds.
  6. Sculpt + Lift (Microcurrent) (10 min) — advise guest of possible metallic taste (metal fillings/dental appliances). Apply Eminence Lifting Gel. Foreo Microcurrent: 3 min right side, 3 min left side, 3 min forehead. Slow, lifting, intentional movements, pausing 5 sec at top.
  7. Omnilux + Hand/Arm Massage (15 min) — Omnilux LED Mask (10 min). Open HA mask packet, set mask aside, apply serum to arms/hands. Hand + arm massage with Strawberry Rhubarb HA Body Lotion.
  8. HA Mask + Scalp/Neck/Shoulder Massage (12 min) — apply Hydrinity Sheet Mask (10 min wear). During mask: scalp massage, neck + shoulder massage, hydrating serum + Strawberry Rhubarb HA Lotion.
  9. Final Skin Infusion + Finishing Products (5 min) — apply Hydrinity Restorative HA or Skinbetter Ampra, follow with An Balm + An Gloss, Trio or Trio Luxe, Eminence Ultra Radiant SPF. Press products in slowly.
  10. Closing (2 min) — lightly rock shoulders to re-ground, thank client warmly. Ask "Can I get you some water?" Let them know: "Take your time getting dressed — I'll meet you outside when you're ready." Exit quietly, calm/unhurried energy.

Skinbetter Peel

Price: $149   |   Duration: 30 min hands on | 15 min clean up

Contraindications: Isotretinoin (Accutane) within past 6 months, active Herpes Simplex/cold sores, facial warts, history of keloid scars, sunburnt, recent radiation for skin cancer, prior bad reaction to a chemical peel, aspirin allergy, pregnant/breastfeeding/may be pregnant.

Description: Professionally applied chemical peel exfoliating dead skin cells to reveal healthy skin. Deeper layers of fresh skin revealed; evens skin tone, clears acne, improves aging skin appearance, brightens dull complexions.

Supplies: Skinbetter: 2 wet towels, 4 2x2 wipes, 8-12 4x4 wipes, metal water bowl, gloves, cotton swab, Vaseline, ceramic dish, fan brush, cleansing gel, pre-peel solution, Triple Acid Peel, AlphaRet Peel Solution, Alto Advanced, Trio, Tone Smart, lip hydrator.

Protocol:

  1. Cleanse/Skin Analysis (5 min) — remove cleanser w/ room temp wet towel, blot dry with 4x4s. Do NOT use hot towel.
  2. Soak 2x2s with 2-3 pumps Pre Peel, apply methodically to entire treatment area (3 min).
  3. Apply Vaseline with cotton swab to outer corners of eyes, nose, lips, and untreated areas (2 min).
  4. Apply cotton pads over eyes to prevent drips (1 min).
  5. Prep wet 4x4s near client's head for easy peel removal (2 min).
  6. Measure & mix — be exact (3 min). Mix 3 pumps Triple Acid Peel Gel + 1 pump AlphaRet Peel Solution in ceramic dish; blend with fan brush to light-yellow uniform consistency.
  7. Application — watch the clock (5 min). Apply w/ fan brush, outside of face first, then center, then cheeks. Client breathes in when applying between nose & mouth. Do not fan to cool skin. Leave on 1-3 min.
  8. Remove Peel (3 min) — use dampened 4x4s, same order as applied or redness areas first. One clean wipe per side.
  9. Post Peel Cleanse (3 min) — cleanse with Cleansing Gel again, remove w/ wet 4x4s to fully ensure peel removal.
  10. Finishing products (3 min) — 2-3 pumps Alto Advanced then 2-3 pumps Trio to face/neck/décolletage. Finish with Tone Smart & custom lip hydrator.

Suggested Add-Ons: Dermaplane, jelly mask (+15 min), Skinbetter AlphaRet Peel 50.

Tips: First-time treatment — start low, go slow. AlphaRet 30: start 1.5 min, gradually increase per treatment per skin tolerance, NEVER more than 3 min. AlphaRet 50: start 1 min. For neck & décolletage: do face first, remove, then neck & décolletage.

SkinPen Microneedling

Price: $399   |   Duration: 60 min hands on | 15 min clean up

Contraindications: Skin cancer, irritated skin (sunburn), open wounds/sores in treatment area, allergies to stainless steel or anesthetics, bleeding disorders, pregnant/nursing, Isotretinoin (Accutane).

Description: Creates thousands of micro skin punctures to stimulate natural wound healing (inflammation, proliferation, remodeling) without scar tissue. Reduces acne scar visibility, softens fine lines/wrinkles, improves skin tone/texture. 3 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart can improve appearance for 6 months after last treatment.

Supplies: SkinPen Kit; PCA, SkinMedica or Skinbetter: 1 facial towel, 1 fan brush, 1 metal water bowl, 6 4x4s, gloves, 1 lip applicator, alcohol wipes, Ageless Stem Cell (as needed), numbing cream, gel cleanser, SkinPen, SkinPen Kit (SkinFuse, pen sleeve, needle tip), SkinPen sheet mask.

Protocol:

  1. Skin Analysis (5 min, cleanse first if makeup).
  2. Cleanse w/ creamy cleanser (3-5 min).
  3. Cleanse w/ gel cleanser (3 min) — mix 1:2, include neck/décolletage.
  4. Apply numbing with brush, do scalp or neck/shoulder massage while it sits (10 min). Apply to hairline and jawline; second layer as needed.
  5. Alcohol wipes (2 min) — client takes deep breath before wiping around nose/mouth, breathes out slowly after to minimize fume inhalation.
  6. Prepare SkinPen (3 min) — align half-moon notch on needle tip with half-moon opening on pen, lock in place.
  7. Remove numbing with wet 4x4s, twice to ensure full removal (2 min).
  8. Microneedle, adjusting depth/motions, using Sterile Water or Stem Cells, include neck (15 min). Apply serum (SkinFuse or Ageless Stem Cell if added). 3 passes: vertical, horizontal, circular per section (forehead, cheeks, chin, nose/upper lip). More passes for scarring/deep wrinkles.
  9. Apply SkinPen Sheet Mask, hand/arm massage, no additional serums/moisturizer/sunscreen (15 min).
  10. Apply Lip hydrator (1 min) — can give client remaining SkinFuse serum.

Suggested Add-Ons: Décolleté, dermaplane, jelly mask (after microneedling, +15 min), LED (after microneedling), Stem Cells.

Tips: Educate client on proper aftercare. Don't forget the SkinPen protective sleeve.

Body Treatments

Golden Glow Body Treatment

Description: Uses Eminence Organic Skin Care products to exfoliate, hydrate, tighten, and tone, leaving skin youthful and radiant.

Set Up: Bottom layer: 2 flat sheets perpendicular to table (1 top half, 1 bottom half). Middle 1st layer: 2 body towels perpendicular to table. Middle 2nd layer: flat sheet. Top layer: oversized towel.

Supplies: Eminence: 10 steamed facial towels, 3 flat sheets, 2 body towels, body scrub, 1 oversized body towel, dry brush, body mask, body treatment lotion, product tray.

Protocol:

  1. Scrub & mask posterior (13-15 min) — begin with compressions on back & back of arms. Dry brush towards heart (hands to back, upward from lower back). Full-handed circular motions with scrub, then apply mask by hand. Re-drape, move to posterior legs, repeat on lower legs.
  2. Repeat scrub & mask on anterior (12-15 min) — turn client over, start with décolletage and anterior arms, then anterior legs.
  3. Wrap client in cocoon (2 min) — bring top half of sheet diagonally across body, not too tight at neck, tuck excess under body. Repeat bottom half, cross sheets on other side.
  4. Scalp massage while wrapped (5-7 min) — unwrap starting with top layer when finished.
  5. Apply treatment cream anterior (12 min) — remove mask/scrub with steamed towel on arms & décolletage, apply treatment cream. Repeat with lower legs. Re-drape with top sheet.
  6. Apply treatment cream posterior (15 min) — remove 2 body towels before turning client over. Raise table to help client sit, hold sheet snug while removing towel with other hand. Lower table, remove bottom body towel (lift legs to shimmy down if needed). Have client turn over holding sheet like a tent. Compress with steamed towel on back and each arm, remove mask, apply treatment lotion. Repeat lower legs/feet. Re-drape.
  7. Finish with gentle compressions.

Protocol:

  1. Consultation (1 min) — ask about lifestyle, what brings them in, massage frequency, concerns. Client disrobes as comfortable, lies face down, forehead at top of face cradle, under sheet & blanket. Re-enter, check table temp/face cradle/bolster, adjust as needed.
  2. Compressions (1 min) — full body while prone. If using essential oils, 3 deep breaths first.
  3. Warm body towel on back (2 min) — drape back, place warm dry towel, confirm temp.
  4. Customized massage posteriorly (25-30 min) — if cupping requested, follow cupping protocol (flash, glide & hold — not longer than 2 min, per training). Finish with muscle balm. Back ~20 min, then posterior legs.
  5. Turn client over (2 min) — client turns toward you, sheet/blanket secured.
  6. Warm rolled towel under head (2 min) — confirm temp.
  7. Customized massage while supine (25-30 min) — 10 min neck/shoulder/scalp, 5 min each arm, 5 min each leg, 5-10 min feet.

Protocol:

  1. Consultation (1 min) — as above (lifestyle, concerns, disrobe/position instructions, temp/cradle/bolster check).
  2. Compressions (1 min) — client takes 3 deep breaths with Herbal Press under nose, then full body compressions posterior.
  3. Warm body towel on back (1 min).
  4. Herbal Press & massage posteriorly on back (20 min) — check temp on inside of arm. Base of neck to gluteals: tap, press, glide down one side and back up, avoiding direct spine contact. Maintain client contact with opposite hand throughout. Return press, repeat with warmer press on other side. Follow with hands-on massage; drape and move to glutes/legs.

Protocol:

  1. Apply Peppermint Oil to Scalp — performed with scalp massage. Apply oil to scalp, reapply starting at scalp as needed, working through to ends.
  2. Jade Comb Massage Technique — brush hair out slowly/gently. Split into sections, comb from scalp to ends.
  3. Scalp Massage — proceed as normal.

Omnilux LED

Supplies (choose only what client adds on, not all): Gloves x2, blemish spot + patch, eye brightener + patch, neck & décolleté + hydrogel mask, clear face mask, contour face mask (with or without hydrogel mask).

Protocols:

  • Full Face LED (10 min, +$49) — replaces the second treatment mask. Choose Clear (acne-focus, red + blue light, no hydrogel mask) or Contour (red light, includes hydrogel mask). Layer hydrogel mask, then apply device.
  • Hand Treatment (10 min, +$39) — performed before hand & arm massage. If doing hand/arm massage during the enzyme, apply Omnilux gloves and turn on before cleansing; remove before hand/arm massage.
  • Eye Brightener (10 min, +$29) — performed with second mask. Apply Omnilux eye patch under each eye before device. Apply 2nd mask around device. Remove device before removing mask.

  1. Sinus Pressure Massage Technique — performed with facial massage. Do full facial massage as usual, finish with sinus pressure technique using diluted peppermint oil.
  2. Cold Globe Massage — finish facial massage with cold globes.
  3. Apply Weighted Jade Eye Mask & continue rest of facial — remove oil thoroughly with steamed 4x4s or towel, apply facial mask and weighted eye mask together, remove eye mask when mask comes off.
